glad you agree :)
I've been procrastinating a New Year's post primarily because 2009 was such a momentous year for us ... we took on basically every major life transition in one year. We both changed "jobs" - Will from student to engineer, me from full-time work to stay-at-home mom. We moved - not just houses, but states, nay regions even. And we jumped into the wide, wonderful, terrifying world of parenthood. 2009? You were one for the record books.
Surprisingly, though, as Will and I have reminisced about the past year, we haven't talked about it negatively. Sure, there were stressful days - when Will was traveling each week to another city for another job interview, when we were two weeks from moving across the country with no place to move into, when we walked into the hospital to have a baby ... and when we walked out of the hospital with said baby in tow ... holy cow, i still can't believe they let us out of there with him! They clearly didn't know how scatterbrained I am.
But, he's doing OK for himself ... almost 3 months old and no limbs are missing :)

And that Grace of all Grace, Mary holding Jesus in a stable - God WITH US - that promise is ours - that yes, no matter what, GOD IS WITH US! Happy New Year, holding tight to that promise.
